Privacy Policy
EHV Media Group processes the following types of personal data when you share them directly with us or when you use our services:
Identification, contact and payment details: EHV Media Group processes the identification and contact details that you provide when you register for an account, an event, a promotional promotion, or when you subscribe. The data that we process in this regard is, for example, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, gender and, if applicable, billing and payment details. The registration procedure indicates whether the requested information must be provided or not. If the requested information must be provided, then you cannot complete the registration procedure if you do not provide the requested information because otherwise we will not be able to provide the services to you (in optimal conditions).
Usage data: When you are logged in, we collect data about your use of our services, for example which television programs you like to watch, which news articles you find interesting, which events you come to, or which magazines and news media you are interested in. When it comes to data that is stored and retrieved on your device, we always take into account your cookie settings or (in the case of apps) your in-app privacy settings. Preferences and interests: Based on your usage data and your identification data, we can derive your likely preferences and interests. If you often read sports articles, you can be placed in a “Sportlovers” user group. This information is used to make some of our services as relevant and personal as possible to you. If you choose this in your cookie settings, you can also see personalized advertisements based on this information.
Communication preferences: We also collect information about your preferences with regard to our communication to you (via e-mail, push notifications, by post or telephone). You communicate these preferences directly to us during registration procedures or through your account settings, or indirectly via the Don’t-call-me-no-longer-list and the Robinson List (see section 1 below).
Other data that you provide yourself: We also process the information that we receive when you ask a question by e-mail or contact us (eg via telephone, our chat box or via social media). We also process information that we obtain through market surveys (surveys / questionnaires) that we conduct and in which you freely participate.
